Fall Salad with Beluga Lentils, Grapes and Roasted Pumpkin

Guys here’s one we HAD to share.  Jodie from AIP made this last night and it was INCREDIBLE.  Best salad we’ve tried in the last six months.  Healthy, filling, nourishing and such a great taste combination.  We substituted hazel nuts for pine nuts, but tweaking is all about knowing what you like.  Highly recommended.
